It is sincerely advised to the valuable user of RewriteGuru.com that before making any subscription please read our refund policy carefully. It is assumed that the customer has agreed to this policy before actually paying for the required product.

1- Request

A customer can request a refund within 15 days of purchase. After that RewriteGuru will not entertain any refund requests or disputes.

Complete Refund

If the subscription usage is 0%, customers will be awarded with 100% refund.

Partial Refund

A partial refund will be provided to the users in accordance with the purchased plan and the usage.

Non-Refundable

1. Add-ons are non-refundable.
2. Plans without auto-renewals are not eligible for a refund.
3. No refunds for the discounted prices and special offers
4. Annual plans are totally non-refundable.

2- Refund Process

Customers can contact us to request a refund. Our support team will contact you immediately at your given email address.

3- Terms

• All the plans come with the money-back guarantee.
• If unfortunately, you’re not satisfied with the services, please contact us within the 15 days of your subscription. After that you will not be eligible for any refund even you have consumed 0% of your subscription.
• Refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depending on the issuing bank of the credit card.
• After receiving your refund, you agree to stop using RewriteGuru.
• We at RewriteGuru reserve the right to disable the account for the refunded Plan.

4- Validity of Plans

• There are different Monthly, quarterly and yearly plans available here. The validity is 30 days, 60 days and 12 months respectively.
• To make it clear, we have mentioned the tenure with each plan.
• When the validity is over, no remaining words will be usable, and you will have to buy a new plan.

5- Records Validity

• When the plan is expired, user can still be able to get access to reports and invoice history with 15 days. In this tenure if the plan is not renewed, Rewrite Guru will delete all these details permanently.
• In case a user has deleted the account, we at Rewrite Guru will not be held responsible for any refund requests.

6- Cancellation of Plan

Customers who no longer wish to use our services can do so in one of the following ways:

• The users can cancel their subscriptions from their profiles.
• Ask the support team by simply dropping the request for cancellation, it will take around 1 to 2 working days to process your request.

7- Acceptance

If you do not agree with or fully accept the terms of this Refund & Cancellation Policy, we request you to not place an order with us.

The company reserves the right to consider the refund requests.
